গোপনীয়তা নীতি

KoAdmit (operated by Chungsong Law Office / 법률사무소 청송law, the "Company") handles your personal information with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we entrust it to, and when we delete it.

1.What we collect and why

Browsing requires no sign-up. We collect only what you enter yourself or agree to share.

Automatically generatedIP addressBlocking excessive requests (service protection)In memory for under 10 minutes; not stored

We do not collect resident registration numbers, passport numbers, bank account numbers, or passwords. Our assistant never asks for these, and if you type them anyway we do not store or use them.

2.About "share this conversation" on the request form

The request form has a "share this conversation" option. It is unchecked by default and takes effect only if you check it yourself.

  • If unchecked — only your name and phone number are sent, and the conversation is not stored.
  • If checked — the conversation so far, and what follows, is kept in secure storage so a staff member can take over directly.
  • Checking it is not required to receive a consultation. You can call us instead and get the same help.
  • You may request deletion at any time afterwards (see section 7).

Checking it means a staff member reads your situation before contacting you, so you do not have to explain everything again. Because conversations can contain sensitive details, the choice is left to you.

3.How the assistant handles conversations

Conversations with the assistant are not stored on our servers. They are kept in your browser (session storage) and disappear when you close it. To generate replies, the conversation is sent to the processors listed in section 5.

The exception is when you check "share this conversation" in section 2. Only then is the conversation retained, for live consultation.

4.Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where an investigative authority requires it through lawful process.

If documents must be submitted to a university or an immigration office as part of your application, we tell you in advance what will be submitted and where, and proceed only with your agreement.

5.Processors and overseas transfers

We entrust processing as set out below, and some of it is transferred overseas. If you prefer not to have your information transferred, you may call us at 1660-4452 instead of using the chat.

  • On your request we delete immediately, except where law requires retention.

8.Security measures

  • A live consultation can be opened only by someone holding that conversation’s unique key, which is included solely in the alert sent to staff.
  • Responses delivered to a visitor are separated on the server so they never contain another person’s name or phone number.
  • All communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
  • Access to personal information is limited to consultation staff.

9.Cookies and automatic collection

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Your conversation and language preference are stored only in your browser and never leave your device. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
